Section 29(1) in Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Solar Energy Sources) Regulations, 2010
(1)The normative capital cost for setting up Solar Thermal Power Project shall be Rs. 1530 Lakh/MW for FY 2010-11:Provided that the Commission may deviate from the above norm in case of project specific tariff determination in pursuance of Regulation 7 and Regulation 8.
