Section 55A(1) in Bihar and Orissa Public Demands Recovery Act, 1914
(1)When the order of a Certificate Officer is set aside or modified by reason of any order passed under Sections 60,62 or 63 the Certificate Officer shall have full power to give effect to such order and may for that purpose direct that the certificate debtor shall be restored to possession of the property sold in consequence of the order so set aside or modified or receive such compensation from the. certificate-holder as the Certificate Officer may thinks fit, and such compensation shall be recoverable as a public demand.
