17. Annual Report and Annual Statement of Accounts.
- i. The Board shall prepare its annual report for each financial year giving detailed account of its activities, achievements and annual statement of accounts and submit the same to the State Government.ii. The Board shall lay down the procedure for upkeep of the accounts. The accounts of the Board shall be audited by a Chartered Accountant on panel of Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) appointed for the purpose by the Board. The Accountant General may as well audit the accounts.iii. The Board shall submit the annual report of the Preceding Financial Year together with the audited statement of accounts to the Government by the 31st of the Month of October.
