Section 100(1) in Andhra Pradesh Metropolitan Region and Urban Development Authorities Act, 2016
(1)Subject to the provisions of the Act and rules made there under the Authority shall levy a charge, hereinafter called development charge on:-(a)the change of use of land or building or both;(b)the carrying out of development of any land or building or both.
