49. The Central Provinces and Berar Cotton (Statistics) Act, 1947 (XL of 1947)
Section 1. - For sub-sections (2) and (3), substitute-"(2) It extends of and shall be in force in the whole of Madhya Pradesh."Section 2. - For clause (b), substitute-(b)'Director' means the Director of Industries and includes any officer appointed by the State Government to perform any of the functions of the Director under this Act."
