                                                    O R D E R

Heard the learned senior counsel for the petitioners and perused the impugned order. We see no reason to interfere with the impugned order at this stage. same on, contention that it is because of the inaction of the Government and the petitioner cannot be made liable, it is a matter 2 between the Government and the petitioners and the petitioners would be entitled to put forth their inter se contentions in appropriate proceedings however, the compensation shall not be denied to the land losers. It shall be paid as directed in the LPA. Petition is accordingly, disposed of.
