(b)Part IV shall come into force on such [date] [Parts specified in section 1(3)(a)(ii) of the Act came into force w.e.f. 16.8.1968 by Notification No. PHS 22 MAA 62 dt. 30.7.1968.]1 and shall apply to such class of persons only in such areas as the State Government may by notification specify.
