43. Annual financial movement. -
(1)The General Manager shall prepare an annual financial statement in such form as may be provided by regulations and submit the same to the Board within six months after the expiry of each financial year.(2)The annual financial statement shall give a true and faithful account of the income and expenditure during the previous financial year, including the progressive totals since the inception of the Authority and indicating the up-to-date financial position.
