Section 11(2) in Right of children to Free and compulsory Education Rules, 2011
(2)The Block Elementary Education Officer shall verify the information submitted by the school in the application form and send the application form in original along with his report to the District Education Officer for consideration within fifteen days of the receipt of the application.
