(u)"Sponsoring Body" means the Maharaj Vinayak Society, Jaipur, a Society registered under the Rajasthan Societies Registration Act, 1958 (Act No. 28 of 1958) at Registration No. 539/Jaipur/1997-98, dated 21.04.2005 in the office of Registrar, Societies, Jaipur;
