Section 19(1) in The M.P. Janpad Panchayat and Zila Panchayat Standing Committees (Election of Members, Powers and Functions and Term of Members and Procedure for the Conduct of Business) Rules, 1994
(1)The Chairman of the Standing Committee may convene a meeting of the Standing Committee as often as may be necessary but shall do so at least once in every month.
