Section 32 in The Orissa Municipal Corporation Act, 2003
32. Mayor to preside over meeting of the Corporation.
(1)The Mayor shall, preside over meetings of the Corporation which shall meet at such place within the limits of the Corporation area and at such time as the Mayor may direct.(2)The matters for discussion at the meeting of the Corporation shall be prepared under the direction of the Mayor and shall be circulated to the Corporators in such manner as the Mayor may determine.
