24. Notice for completion of work upto plinth level.
(1)After the completion of the structural work upto the plinth level or upto one m. above ground level, whichever is higher, the applicant shall give a notice to the Municipal Commissioner in the form as specified in Schedule X to enable him to inspect such work.(2)An officer of the Corporation duly authorized in this behalf shall inspect the work at the site within seven days from the date of receipt of the notice and within three days of such inspection issue necessary direction, if any.
