118. Reference to Select Committee.
- Any member may, if the Bill has not already been referred to a Joint Committee of both the Houses, moves as an amendment that the Bill be referred to a Select Committee and, if such motion is carried, the Bill shall be referred to a Select Committee, and the rules regarding Select Committees on Bills originating in the House shall then apply.
