                             ORDER (ORAL)

HON'BLE MR. MANISH GARG, MEMBER (J):

The present O.A. has been filed by the applicant under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, seeking following reliefs:-

"a) quash and set aside the impugned Final Scorecard dated 17.02.2026 of the Applicant to the extent that it erroneously changed his normalised score from 64.7 to 56.49474 and re-process the Applicant's result based on his normalised score released after CBE;
b) direct the Respondents to restore the Applicant's normalized score of 64.7 marks and issue a revised scorecard on that basis;
c) direct the Respondents to include the name of the Applicant in the Final Merit List of selected candidates for the applicable post in the appropriate Force as per his merit and preference; and/ or
b) direct the Respondents to issue an appointment letter to the applicant with the consequential benefits, including notional seniority and back-wages; and/or
e) set aside the Impugned Result/Notification dated 15.01.2026 as well as the List of Male Candidates recommended for appointment in Roll Number Order(List-II) ; and/ or
f) direct the Respondents to keep one Post vacant for the applicant during the pendency of the present application or that in the event that all advertised vacancies are filled during the pendency of this Application, the respondents shall create Post to accommodate the Applicant as per his merit and preference, at the time of final adjudication, to satisfy the ends of justice; and/ or
g) award the cost of this litigation in favor of the Applicant, as he was forced into legal proceedings due to the Respondents' arbitrary and discriminatory decision; and/ or
h) pass any other such order(s) as this Hon'ble Tribunal JUGAL JUGALKISHOREmay deem fit and proper in the interest of justice."

2. Learned proxy counsel for the applicant submits the applicant would be satisfied if a direction is given to the respondents to dispose of the pending representation of the applicant annexed as Annexure-A/11, by way of passing a reasoned and speaking order, within a prescribed time frame.

3. In view of the prayer made by the learned proxy counsel for the applicant, the competent authority amongst the respondents is hereby directed to dispose of the aforesaid representations of the applicant, by passing a reasoned and speaking order, within a period of forty five days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this Order. A copy of the speaking order so passed be given to the applicant. It is made clear if the order is passed in favor of the applicant, consequential relief, if any, also be accorded to the applicant within a period of 45 days thereafter.

4. The O.A. is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. Pending MAs, if any, shall also stand disposed of accordingly.
