% 16.05.2023 On 15.02.2023, notice was issued to the Respondents through all permissible modes returnable on 29.03.2023. On 29.03.2023, Court had noted that as per office report, Respondents No.1, 3 and 4 were served while Respondent No.2 was unserved. As per affidavit of service filed by the Petitioner, Respondent No.2 was served through the mode of Speed Post. Respondent No.4 had appeared in person while there was no appearance on behalf of Respondents No.1 to 3 and in the interest of justice, adverse orders were deferred. It was made clear in the order that if the remaining Respondents do not enter appearance on the next date of hearing, they shall be proceeded ex parte.

Matter has been called twice, however, there is no appearance on behalf of Respondents No.2 and 3. It appears that the said Respondents are not interested in defending the petition and are accordingly proceeded ex parte.
