(2)The nomination of the [Chairman, Secretary] [Substituted for the word 'Chairman' by Madhya Pradesh Act 21 of 1954, Section 4.] and of the members shall be notified in the Gazette;[Provided that the Board may remove from office any of its members who, in its opinion, has failed to perform or is unable to carry out his duties or has so abused his position as a member of the Board as to render his continuance as a member detrimental to the interest of the public.] [Substituted by Madhya Pradesh Act 21 of 1954, Section 4.]
