(6)Full boxes of ammunitions shall not be opened on receipt, if the weight is correct and the seals intact. If the seal has been damaged in transit, the pin with which the lid is attached shall be withdrawn and the lid removed to permit inspection of the inner tin casing; provided the latter is perfectly sealed, the contents shall be assumed to be correct.
