Section 193(a) in Bihar Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2005
(a)board, plank and decking used in the construction of a working platform is of uniform size and strength and is capable of supporting the load and number of building workers in accordance with the relevant of national standards keeping in view the safety of such building workers;
