Section 44 in The Rajasthan Boiler Operation Engineers' Rules, 1967
44. Grant of duplicate certificate.
- Whenever the holder of a certificate proves to the satisfaction of the Chairman that the certificate granted to him under these rules has been lost, stolen, destroyed or mutilated without any fault on his part, he shall be granted on payment of a fee Rs. l5/-a duplicate certificate to which, according to the record so kept as aforesaid, he appears to be entitled, and such duplicate certificate shall have for all purpose the same validity as the original certificate.
