Section 14 in The Jammu and Kashmir Preservation of Specified Trees Act, 1969
14. Protection of actions taken in good faith.
- No suit or prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against any officer or person empowered to exercise powers or to perform duties under this Act for anything done in good faith or intended to be done under this Actor the rules made thereunder.
