(3)Every Appeal under this section shall be disposed of within 3 months from the date of its filing.Function and 10. (1) Duties of Private Placement AgencyThe Private Placement Agency shall furnish the details of employment of worker to the Controlling Authority within 7(Seven) days from the· date the worker has been employed within or beyond the boundaries of the State of Assam in the form and manner as may be prescribed.
