Section 37(1) in Himachal Pradesh Waqf Rules, 2016
(1)Any candidate or in his absence, his authorized agent may, at any time during the counting of votes, either before or after the completion of the counting of votes, request the Returning Officer to reexamine and re-count the votes of all or any candidate and the Returning Officer may re-examine and recount the same accordingly.
