Section 33 in Mizoram Liquor (Prohibition and Control) Act, 2014
33. Power to issue warrant of arrest and search.
- Any magistrate of the first class may issue warrant of arrest of any person whom he has reason to believe to have committed an offence punishable under this Act, or the rules made thereunder; or,for the search, whether by day or by night, of any buildings, vehicle, vessels or places in which he has reason to believe that any liquor, material, utensil, implement, documents or apparatus, in respect of which an offence punishable under this Act has been committed, is kept or concealed.
