(4)A Sarpanch against whom an action has been taken under sub-section (3) and who has been found guilty, shall be disqualified to be' member or an office-bearer of Panchayat for a period of six years from the date on which he has been found guilty :Provided that such disqualification may be removed or the period thereof may be reduced by the State Government for reasons to be recorded in writing.
