Section 28 in The Meghalaya Cinemas (Regulation) Rules
28. Maintenance of records.
- Every licensee shall, at all time keep and maintain full and up-to-date sets of records showing sale of tickets in each show and their rate showing separately the taxes and faces realised and shall produce on demand all such records for inspection by an Officer deputed for the purpose by the Licensing Authority.
