Section 34(1)(a) in Uttar Pradesh Rural Housing Board Act, 1983

(a)that any street laid out or altered by the Board has been duly leveled, paved, metal led, flagged, channeled, severed and drained in the manner provided in the scheme sanctioned by the State Government under section 21; and
