Section 46(1) in The North-Eastern Areas (Reorganisation) Act, 1971
(1)The reports of the Comptroller and Auditor-General of India referred to in section 49 of the Government of Union Territories Act, 1963 (20 of 1963) relating to the accounts of the Union territory of Manipur or of the Union territory of Tripura in respect of any period prior to the appointed day shall be submitted to the Governor of Manipur or of Tripura, as the case may be, who shall cause them to be laid before the Legislative Assembly of the State of Manipur or of the State of Tripura, as the case may be.
