Section 4(g) in The Mizoram Aided College Employees Rules, 1990
(g)A candidate for the post of Assistant/Accountant/Cashier/Head shall have the following qualifications :(i)A degree of a recognised University ;(ii)Working knowledge of Mizo language of Middle school standard.
