- Minutes of the proceeding of the meeting decisions taken on each item on the agenda discussed therein, the names of members present at meeting and names of members voting for or against any resolution, shall be prepared and recorded in Hindi by the Secretary of the Board in a Minute Book to be kept for the purpose. The minutes will be confirmed by the Board at its next meeting and shall be signed by the presiding authority in token of such confirmation. A copy of the minutes of each meeting of the Board shall be sent by the Secretary of the Board to the Government and all the members of the Board within fifteen days of such meeting.B.- Meetings of the Executive Committee or other Committees of the Board.
