This writ petition is filed under Articles 226 and
227 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the
respondents to consider the representation of the
petitioners dated 07.12.2019. A copy of which is
produced at Annexure -B and dispose of the same in
accordance with law within the time frame to be fixed.
This writ petition coming on for preliminary
hearing, this day, the court made the following:

ORDER
Smt. Mamatha S., learned counsel for the petitioners.
Heard on the question of admission.
2. Taking into account the order that this Court is about to make, it is not necessary to issue notice to the respondents.
3. In this petition under Article 226 and 227 of Constitution of India the petitioners, inter-alia, sought writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 07.12.2019 and dispose off the same in accordance with law.
4. When the matter was taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the writ petition be disposed off with the direction to respondent No.2 to decide the representation in time bound manner.

In view of the aforesaid submission, in the facts of case, instead keeping the petition pending, we deem it appropriate to dispose off the writ petition with the direction to respondent 2 to decide the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 07.12.2019 by a speaking order within a period of one week from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order made today.
Accordingly, petition is disposed off.
