Section 5 in The Companies (Cost Audit Report) Rules, 2011
5. Time limit for submission of Report.
- Every cost auditor shall forward his report referred to in sub-rule (1) of rule 4 to the Central Government and to the concerned company within one hundred and eighty days from the close of the company's financial year to which the report relates.
