               Date of Order :: 17th February 2012.

                     HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE DINESH MAHESHWARI

               Mr. Shailendra Chauhan, for the petitioners.
                                         <><><>

               BY THE COURT:

In relation to the advertisement dated 26.01.2012 (Annex.1) as issued by the respondent- Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Ltd., the petitioners seek to contend by way of this writ petition that they are holding the Certificates in the trade of "Radio & T.V." but the respondents are not accepting such qualification. The relief has been claimed in the writ petition that the petitioners may be declared eligible to apply in terms of the advertisement (Annex.1).

It is not seen if the petitioners made the application and that was rejected by the respondents or that they served a representation stating their view point to the respondents.

The petition, at this stage, could only be dismissed as premature. However, the petitioners are free to take recourse to the appropriate proceedings in accordance with law including filing of the requisite application with the authorities concerned and making a representation; and then, approaching this Court, if case any grievance subsisting thereafter.

The petition stands dismissed subject to the above observations.

(DINESH MAHESHWARI), J.
