Section 34(2) in Assam Elementary Education Act, 1962
(2)all teachers and other employees of Schools maintained by School Board shall be taken over by the State Board :Provided that the total emoluments of these employees at the time they are taken over, shall be protected and their existing seniority shall be maintained ;
