Section 30(1) in Uttar Pradesh Ground Water (Management and Regulation) Act, 2019
(1)The farmers of notified areas (Rural) shall be encouraged by the respective Gram Panchayat Ground Water Sub-Committees, Block Panchayat Ground Water Management Committees for adopting the process of self regulation.
