Section 22(1) in The Energy Conservation (Partial Risk Guarantee Fund for Energy Efficiency) Rules, 2016
(1)All income received under the Partial Risk Guarantee Fund for Energy Efficiency shall be part of this fund including interest earned on the fund, upfront Guarantee Fee and application fee recovered from the participating financial institutions.
