This is a petition seeking transfer of Divorce case No. nil filed by the Respondent herein under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act for the dissolution of the marriage titled as “Rakesh Sharma, S/o Lohri Ram Sharma vs. Manisha Pandey now Manisha Sharma” pending before the District Judge, Family Court, Gurgaon to the Family Court, Mumbai.
2. Heard learned counsel for the parties. On the facts and circumstances, this is a fit case for transfer.
3. We, accordingly, allow the transfer petition. Case No.nil titled “Rakesh Sharma, S/o Lohri Ram Sharma vs. Manisha Pandey now Manisha Sharma” pending District Judge, Family Court, Gurgaon is ordered to be transferred to the Family Court, Mumbai. The transferee court is requested to dispose of the transferred case expeditiously.
4. No order as to costs.
