Section 8(c) in The Andhra Pradesh Prohibition Act, 1995
(c)having obtained a licence or permit granted under the Andhra Pradesh Excise Act, 1968, sells any liquor other than arrack otherwise than in accordance with the provisions of this Act or terms of any rule, notification, order, licence or permit issued thereunder shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend upto six months or with fine which may extend upto rupees one thousand or with both;
