Section 23(2) in Rajasthan Monuments, Archaeological Sites and Antiquities Rules, 1968
(2)On the expiry of the excavation or operations under the licensee granted under rule 20 or the cancellation of such licensee under these rules, the security deposited by the licensee or the balance thereof in cases where some deduction or recovery has been made under these rules, shall be returned to him.
