CMP(M) Nos. 1431 and 1432 of 2018, 1110 & 1111 of 2022 By way of these applications, a prayer has been made to bring on record the legal representatives of deceased respondents No. 2 and 5 as well as for condonation of delay in filing the applications and for setting aside the abatement.
Mr. Baldev Singh Negi, learned counsel has put in appearance on behalf of proposed legal representatives of deceased respondents No. 2 and 5 and he submits that the applications be allowed, as prayed for, by condoning the delay in filing the applications and setting aside the abatement, if any.
