(2)(i)No undertaking as regards price increase under sub-rule (1) shall be accepted unless the designated authority had made preliminary determination of subsidization and the injury :Provided that an undertaking from an exporter shall be accepted only when the designated authority has also obtained the consent of the exporting country.
