Section 6(a) in Rajasthan Prisoners Open Air Camp Rules, 1972
(a)The Inspector- General of Prisons, after going through the recommendations of the Superintendent, or the Dy. Superintendent, Incharge of the Jail shall subject to available accommodation from time to time select prisoners to be sent to the Open Camp and submit their case to the Prisoners Open Air Camp Advisory Committee for sanction:
