This Writ Petition is filed seeking for issuance of Writ of Declaration, declaring the e-circular of the 3rd Respondent dated 12.04.2017 in No.RABG/ RB- AC-Ac/ 2/ 2017-18 and consequential letter of the 2nd respondent dated 05.09.2017 in Letter No.FI & MF/ ALL/ MK/ 641 as illegal.
2. After notice, when the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is represented by the learned counsel for the respondents that the impugned circular has been already withdrawn on 06.10.2017.
3. Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
