1. The main grievance of the learned counsel, at this stage, is that although the applicants have moved representations dated 05.01.2017 (Annexure A-3) and dated 04.10.2016 (Annexure A-7), for redressal of their grievance, but the same have not yet been decided by the Competent Authority.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties, going through the record with their valuable help, and without expressing any opinion on the merits, the Original Application (OA) is disposed of, with a direction to the Sr. Divisional Mechanical Engineer (O&F), Northern Railway, Firozpur Division (Respondent No. 3), to decide the representations (Annexures A-3 and A-7), already filed by the applicants, by passing a speaking and reasoned order, within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order positively.
