                               UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
                                                  O R D E R

1. Delay in refiling the petition is condoned.

2. Permission to appear and argue in person is granted.

3. The present petition filed under Article 32 of the Constitution of India is nothing else but an abuse of process of law as none of the fundamental rights of the petitioner are violated, Signature Not Verified so as to enable him to invoke extraordinary Digitally signed by Deepak Singh Date: 2023.11.01 jurisdiction under Article 32 of the Constitution of India. 17:36:28 IST Reason:

4. Therefore, we are not inclined to entertain this writ 2 petition. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed with costs of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only), which shall be paid within a period of four weeks from today for the Advocate Welfare Fund.

5. Out of the said sum of Rs.1,00,000/-, Rs. 50,000/- are to be paid to the Supreme Court Bar Association, which shall be used for Library purpose and Rs.50,000/- be paid to the Supreme Court Advocates on Record Association for its Advocate Welfare Fund.

6. If the costs imposed by this Court are not paid within the said period of four weeks, the same shall be recovered from the petitioner as arrears of land revenue.

7. Pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of.
