(1)Cases of prisoners sentenced to imprisonment for a period of three years or more and imprisonment for life which are recommended by the State Sentence Review Board for premature release and ordered by the Government to be postponed for consideration at a further date shall not be placed by the Superintendent before the State Sentence Review Board, again and shall be submitted directly to the Government with the fresh opinions of the concerned officers under rule 406.
