Section 16(2)(a) in The Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Access Code for Common Carrier or Contract Carrier Natural Gas Pipelines) Regulations, 2008

(a)Transporter shall schedule the quantities of gas for transportation based on the nominations received and capacity available in the pipeline system.
