Section 30(1) in Tamil Nadu Music and Fine Arts University Act, 2013
(1)A person shall be disqualified for nomination as a member of any of the authorities of the University, if on the date of such nomination he is, -(i)of unsound mind;(ii)adjudicated as an undischarged insolvent;(iii)convicted by a criminal court to imprisonment for any offence.
