Section 17(1) in National Medical Commission (Manner of Appointment and Nomination of Members, their Salary, Allowances and Terms and Conditions of Service, and Declaration of Assets, Professional and Commercial Engagements) Rules, 2019
(1)The Commission shall decide on the premature termination compensation of the employees of the erstwhile Medical Council of India within a period of three months from the date of constitution of the Commission.
