Section 11(1) in The Chhattisgarh Co-Operative Societies Act, 1960
(1)No amendment of the bye-laws of a society shall be valid until the same has been registered under this Act, for which purpose four copies of the proposed amendment shall be forwarded in the prescribed manner to the Registrar.
